Peace, everyone :) Using this wonderful opportunity to contact many people in the same time, I would like to be helpful and to share some useful information to you. As we are now isolated or half-isolated, we spend lot of time at home. Some are even tired of it. Why? Of course, we need fresh air and sunlight to live healthy and calm. But staying inside is there a chance to feel better? Sure, there are many of them. First of all, I recommend you to drink more water. Instead of eating snacks while watching tv shows better keep some clean water near you. You won’t even notice how soon you will get your daily dose of this important liquid, but your body and your thoughts will be refreshed. Refreshing the space you spend most of the time is also a great idea. Look through your cabinets and get rid of things which no longer serve you. Same you can do with your devices and PC. Making your place cozier is really important (especially for aesthetes like I am). To my mind, the coziest place is the place with pleasing smell, minimalistic decor and essential light. Do your best to bring some air into your space, leaving only those items, which are useful and can help you to be relaxed no matter what you do. For example, I have bought soy candles, joss sticks and new blanket. If there is a chance to order new plants for your home, do it. You will care for its water balance and in return, it will provide you with some fresh air. Of course, the best way to feel yourself good in isolation is to stay with your beloved partner. But if you two are far from each other at the moment, do not forget to let her or him know about your feelings…warm heart will save the world! Thanks for reading! If it was useful for you, let me know! Albina
