How often do you fight with yourself? I think you will understand what I mean. I am sure that at least once in your life you have been visited by such thoughts. This morning I woke up without an alarm clock and realized that I was late for an important meeting. In a hurry, I started the morning routines. I didn’t get enough sleep this morning, my only dream was to return to a soft warm bed to look further at color dreams, but still I continued to pack up. While I was taking a shower, I caught myself thinking that every day I fight with myself. Even in this situation, I struggled with my sleep and fatigue. Such a trait in my character manifests itself in many situations in life. I struggle with laziness, with boredom, with sadness, with all possible thoughts that can distract my brain from other more important things. But our mind plays games with us. Each of us knows which things will benefit his life and which will destroy it. Often harmful thoughts creep into our heads that can distract us and lead us astray towards the achievement of something truly meaningful to you. I often pay attention to the fact that before I do something useful for myself (as a rule, such things require effort), I have to emotionally prepare myself to perform actions. Distracting ideas can obsessively get into the brain even during my busyness, as if my mind is trying to dissuade me from fulfilling my goal. We all pity ourselves a little, and often follow the path of gentle thoughts, leaving behind the half-way we have begun. But we must fight this and encourage ourselves with the right thoughts, saying in our heads the positive results of which we will achieve if we nevertheless overcome our laziness and fears or other things that prevent us from moving forward. I wish you good luck in any of your endeavors :)
