What we can do in this hard time ?
id: 10042090

Problems in life are given to a person for his spiritual development, so that he radically changes something in his life, becomes stronger, wiser, brighter, more independent, learns to think, analyze, and show willpower to change his lifestyle. A person can be cured of selfishness and self-pity only by himself through self-love at his own expense, with his own hands, because when a person loves himself, he is led by the heart, not the ego.

Then he will not have time to condemn and blame others.
He will not waste his precious time and energy in vain.

If a person wants a lot and claims to be something, but does not take any steps to get what he wants, in front of you is a real egoist who pity himself, thereby covering his laziness and helplessness. So it turns out that you need to deal with your egoism, take concrete actions to renew yourself and improve your character qualities, and stop pitying yourself, then the person will have the strength and will, and the positive will appear, and the desired results will certainly be.

For this, it is necessary to develop openness to accept new information, develop diligence in understanding and applying it to oneself, form love for oneself and share this love with the world around us, be always ready for changes and not be afraid of difficulties that only temper. Of course, this will require a revision of one’s life values, self-awareness by a person fulfilling his important role in the universe.

Start living a full life, give yourself the right to be a Human, i.e. get your personal experience, overcome your fears, change beliefs, achieve your desires and don't judge yourself too harshly. Just live in the present and know that any decision you make will have consequences, pleasant or not, so you need to take responsibility for your thoughts, for your feelings and actions - for your life. And, most importantly, learn to accept yourself as you are, because you are unique and very important for the Universe just like that.

Selfishness will fiercely resist such attempts at renewal, but determination to spiritual development and painstaking “work on oneself” to self-improve their character qualities and change their lifestyle will certainly give a positive result and lead to the goal. Spiritually developing and renewing, you accumulate love in your soul, nourish yourself with love and create a space of love around you, and not pity and selfishness.
By making your world a better place and renewing yourself, you are making an invaluable contribution to the universe.
So, let's speak about this ? with regards,Vita.
