Sometimes people think that they are not lucky because they live in the 21 century. They think that things in the past were better. Like family values for example. Many say that old fashioned family values are “true values” and it’s a pity that they are forgotten by many these days. But I want to admit that not all things were better in the past. And I want to reveal shocking information to you now. Partners decided to have a marriage because of mutual feelings since…..18 century only!!! It means that if you lived in 17 century for example then you were forced to marry a person which you did not love! Or you loved your partner but it did not love you. It was a parent’s decision. They choose the right partner to you and you did not have a choice but to marry. It happened for different reasons I will not mention now. The divorce rate was low because if you would do that then it would mean that you failed your parents. It was a shame. You just did not have a right to choose a partner for you. We are very lucky people because we have the right to choose. We want to have mutual feelings and we are looking for it. I don’t think that relationship may be happy if there is no mutual love between partners. So it seems that we should not look back for too much. Many things from the past were terrible. The best way to act will be not to forget the past and to look more into the future. You will have mutual feelings in your future, believe me. It may happen even tomorrow. Just a little bit of patience.
