One morning I woke up and realized that I was in a kind of crisis. I started digging in my head and looking for reasons in myself. My brain, which always generates a lot of ideas, was somehow slow and could not formulate a single clear thought. Words flew in my head in a circle and I said to myself "STOP", it means that it is time to rest) From the moment of the pause, I began to look differently at the things that bothered me lately, I stopped looking for the reasons for their appearance, and stopped looking for solutions ... I just let the situation take its course. I decided that if I cannot change the situation, then I must change my attitude towards it. And you know what? It worked!) Many of my thoughts instantly became groundless and useless, problems were solved one by one, and the burden from my head gradually disappeared. Now I have complete control of my mind, I do not load my happy mind with unnecessary responsibility, before taking on the solution of any problem, I think it over and ask myself some questions in my head, for example, does the result of solving the problem directly affect my life what I will get in return, when the problem is solved, what harm or benefit I can do to myself or others while I deal with this issue. I will tell you one thing, that now I feel at ease and happy. I wish you sometimes to pause your thoughts and put in their places all the "running" think like things that have fallen from the shelves of the cabinet, without hurrying and without worrying. After all, each of us is responsible for our life, happiness, health, psychological state. All factors are linked together, they all shape us as people :)
Thanks for reading my blog!) I wish you a productive week and would love to read your letter if you would like to share some advice with me on how you deal with stress and how you manage to keep your mind sober!)
