Universal language

There are so many talks about language problem and how it can become a border in the communication. But is it such a big problem as it described?
Do we really need to sit near pile of books, studying foreign words and to sleep on vocabulary to speed up this process)))?
How people from two different countries will be able to understand each other and what will be the way to express what is on their mind when they stay alone?
I think that I know the answer on this question. Have you ever heard about “body language”? A language of our moves, touches, a language that without words can say even more that we want. Do you believe in this? There are a lot of books in which it is showed how moves of our hands or different types of smiles can be interpreted in words and tell another person what we feel in real.
Maybe “body language” is one universal language for all nations despite differences in mentality and views on life.
However, before using it, don’t forget to find a right decoder of moves…
For instance, I want to tell a funny story about how knowing moves can help you in different situations…

A woman gets on a city bus. She looks at the driver and holds up one hand; the driver holds up two hands.
Next, the woman points up; the driver points down.
Then, the woman grabs her breast; the driver grabs his crotch.
Finally, the woman grabs her butt and gets off the bus.
A curious passenger asked the bus driver what the odd motions were all about.
The driver explained, "The woman is a deaf-mute. She asked me if a bus ride is five cents, and I told her it was ten cents. Next, she asked if the bus was going uptown, and I told her it was going downtown.
Then, she asked if the bus was going pass the milk-farm, and I told her it was going pass the ball-park."
The passenger interjected, "Okay, but why did she grab her butt as she left the bus?"
The driver continued, she replied "Oh shit, I'm on the wrong bus!"
