i was thinking upon life with my chosen love and the ploblems to face to together i am talking about being able to speak to her ,as you all know i am british born , i am proud of the country but policitally i cant stand the place but enough of my politics , but the fact remains our english is different from american english they have different dialects on what we say ..for example a vase they pronounce vaze where we was taught its pronounced varse ... strange even more is potato its pronounced potarto its the same with a famous tune you say this i say that , there is some truth in this ...

but even though i am british we have our own language in certain areas like north has its own accent the same with further north with scotland and then wales but here where i am in northern ireland they call a can of coke,a tin of coke imagine the arguements with that one ...lol ..but back to my own accent i was born up north in yorkshire in leeds which apart from a famous footbal club and hospital also has a accent but i didnt spend long there to learn it but i do understand the northern dialect .for me my accent is from london but we have north south east and west london as well ..all have different ways of talking ..the east end or rather the old east end had what is termed as cockney slang to certain things ...apples and pears stairs ..trouble and strife - wife ..i mean i can really talk cockney sometimes as a joke to make someone laugh ..but thats as far as i would go

alright guv my old china plate hows your old boiler then up the apples and pears on the dog and bone is she ? cor blimey she must be a real trouble and strife then to spend all that dosh you earn ...

you see that may have made you laugh ... but the language isnt used that much anymore but the real cockneys are very few and far between ...

as for teaching english to my future wife i see not a ploblem at all and if you have a language barrier why not kill 2 birds with one stone ..that means basically do 2 things at the same time ..learn her language too ... that way she can be your teacher as well as pupil

and in relative terms bring you closer together
