How often do you drink coffee in your daily life? 1,2,3 times a week or 1,2,3 times a day ?? ...
In any case, you must be careful!
Based on my experience, I want to warn you against such a small but bad habit.
I'm a big fan of coffee, but I'm also a supporter of proper, healthy eating. Coffee cannot be included in the list of healthy foods to consume. It has various effects on the body. Drinking a cup of coffee too early in the morning may only invigorate you for a couple of hours, but by lunchtime your brain will be sleepy. This is all due to the fact that before 9.00 in the morning our body naturally produces a hormone responsible for vigor and awakening. By trying to speed up the awakening process in the morning, we knock down the body's natural production of this hormone. Coffee confuses our mind, gives us a quick and false vigor, but after that, our body is lost and does not produce itself the prescribed rate of the hormone for awakening, it is confused and waits for a dose of adrenaline from outside. Coffee also has a great effect on the pancreas and liver. Coffee is addictive. And many other consequences harmful to our body.
Perhaps you know people who do not harm coffee in any way, maybe even yourself. But if you drink coffee at least 1 time a day, then you are already addicted and may not even realize that some difficulties in your body are caused precisely by drinking coffee. I love coffee, until recently I drank 1-2 cups of coffee a day. I love absolutely any variation of the preparation of this aromatic drink. Latte, cappuccino, raf, lungo and many more. But I began to notice that lately I drink coffee just automatically, I did not even get pleasure from it. Later I drew a parallel with the symptoms that bothered me in my body. One of them had a rapid heartbeat and a cloudy mind after waking up in the morning or after a nap. I was not myself, irritable and angry, my heart was beating very fast, tinnitus and loss of concentration. It took me about two hours to wake up completely and to recover. I decided to try to stop drinking my favorite drink. I did it abruptly and mercilessly. One day I threw out all the coffee in the house and began to wait. The first days my brain was occupied only with thoughts of coffee. I lasted a week and could not drink coffee. After that, 1 time I drank a cup of very weak coffee. And you know what? The taste buds missed the drink and I really enjoyed drinking. Then the manic thoughts about the drink began to diminish. The urge to consume coffee disappeared endlessly. And now I feel improvements in my body, my mind is clean and bright, my heart is working in the right rhythm, and I drink coffee in extremely rare cases, and I can only pamper myself with it) Take care of yourself, listen to your body and watch your health)
