From childhood, Valechka heard that a woman does not have to think about money. For this there is a husband who will take on all financial difficulties. And Valya herself will only think about which outfit to choose for her work, where she will bloom and smell part-time. Such are the magical options that a divorced mother drew Valya. She herself did not get along with any man after her divorce from Valechka's father, but she was sure that this was the case with other people. And she preferred not to remember that she and her student husband lived at the expense of their parents. And I didn't think about the fact that she still eats well and has what to dress in, exclusively at the expense of retired parents.
It is clear that when choosing a specialty, Valya did not focus on despicable metal. Choosing a husband - too. What is there to think about if all men are good, generous and willing to pay by default? That's what my mother said, but she knows. Valya was not one of the breed of those desperate predators who seek to get a richer groom, and compete with other sharks of the same kind, not at all. She simply believed that her husband would provide everything for her by default, and that was the end of it.
Needless to say, the affair ended with an early marriage and an equally early pregnancy. What a surprise Valya faced when she realized that without the participation of her parents, she and her student husband did not have enough money not only for an expensive vacation or a new fur coat, but even for the elementary: quality food, shoes. And even more so for household appliances.
At first, Valya shook her husband in surprise: where's the money? It seemed to her that her husband was somehow bad, of poor quality. Or deliberately does not bring her money, out of harm. I sawed and sawed everything, waited and waited. And then with a creak I went to get a job. To the girl's surprise, nowhere was it simply suggested to “bloom and smell”, and everywhere they tried to hang two carriages of duties on the employee. And when they heard that there was a small child in the family, they were even more wry - they say, he will be sick, and you will be absent from work. Who needs it?
At work, where she was nevertheless taken, Valya worked for a year just for the sake of at least some experience. And only then I could find a better job. But here relations with the authorities did not work out. And I didn’t want to quit — that would mean plunging back into unpleasant, half-starved and poorly dressed poverty. My husband's business was also going tight. He was a good man, but he knew how to make money only for the elementary.
As a result, Valya had to save money herself and retrain herself for a more monetary and relevant specialty, create an airbag for herself and look for work. It was not easy - I had to limit myself literally in everything. I wanted to cry. I wanted to get on the hands of that magical man of fantasies who in an instant solves all the problems of a woman, except for one: which fur coat to choose. However, life experience has already said that there are very few such men. They may not even exist.
Thank God Valya swam out. She was not so stupid either, she was just unlucky with her upbringing in terms of her attitude to money. But now Valya's child, by the way, is a girl, from an early age is sharpened not for marriage, but for education and financial independence. And dreams in which a woman-idler, breathing spirits and mists, comes to an easy job to drink tea, are extremely rare for Valechka.
Valya's mother, her child's grandmother, from time to time makes landings in their yard and walks with her granddaughter. She also tells her that the men around are generous, rich and kind. But not everyone has enough of them. The little continuer of the family listens, but does not believe in fairy tales. And thank God.
By the way, from your point of view, should a woman think about money, or is it exclusively a man's task?
