Being open and honest with yourself are the first steps to building a relationship
id: 10038578

Greetings! My name is Daria, I have been doing psychology for quite a long time, and I want to admit that it was psychology that prompted me to look for ways of why I am lonely in my life. So I took the first steps to improve myself exactly when I accepted myself as I am and fell in love with myself. After that, it became easier for me and I began to look for a serious relationship.

But the first question that I asked myself why no one loves me was wrong. I kept looking for answers to questions about relationships. What is a deep relationship to you? If you ask each of us, the answers will be different, but most will say that this is an open, understanding and accepting relationship built on trust. There can be no depth of relationship without acceptance of each other. Only if you can trust a person, if he understands your desires, thoughts, intentions, accepts your advantages and disadvantages, respects your opinion, even if it differs from his, you can talk about a deep relationship. They differ from superficial understanding of personal characteristics of each other, acceptance, regardless of external circumstances. Is that correct?

I realized that until I recognize myself, I cannot understand my true thoughts and desires, I cannot realize my identity and build personal boundaries, how can others openly and sincerely interact with me? It all starts with a harmonious relationship with oneself. Only when I become a full-fledged person can one count on a deep and harmonious relationship with another person.

I told myself that I need to learn to distinguish between my emotions, not to scold myself for them, to allow myself to react in different ways to life situations, to accept and respect myself in a variety of ways, because they are natural. But this is obvious and natural in words, and it is very difficult to implement such a program, especially if a person has lived like this for more than one decade and simply cannot do otherwise. If you want to change your life, build relationships with yourself and others, stop constantly feeling dissatisfaction, you should contact a psychologist. It will help you realize your true emotions, define them, identify them, accept them. Gradually, a person recognizes himself, becomes more open, begins to respect and accept himself. And such a person accepts other people, building harmonious, deep and stable relations with them on the basis of equality and mutual respect.

Now that you become a full-fledged person, you can count on a deep and harmonious relationship with another person. And everything in your life will be correct and harmonious with the fullness of love. I hope I was able to help with something if this is the case. After all, that was my goal. My name is Daria, if you have any questions you can ask me and I will answer with pleasure.
