well another valentines day has gone for another year ..hope you all got every wish granted by cupid ..if not like me you was alone for valentines day ... but anyway i just wanted to blog some myths of traditions of valentines day

1, cards

a lot here reckon valentines day has come too commercial yet it dont stop any man or woman expressing how much they love and adore them

2, flowers

we have a saying here say it with flowers ..nothing can make a woman smile than flowers

3, chocolate

i adore chocolate so that would make me smile ..but its enough with easter coming up ...

4, dinner and a movie

most couples like to take a loved one to dinner , apart from the fact he dont have to cook .however if you a old fashioned romantic like me i would prefer to cook or attempt to cook my loves favorite meal ... of course a trip to the cinema be special but over here people talk through a movie or have the phones screen light on in your line of sight ...not a romantic atmosphere ..so i would put a dvd on at home after the cooking the exhange of presents the kissing up and cuddle with my love on the sofa to watch her favorite movie...

5, exchanging presents

a lot in the uk go overboard even with a recession here ..nothing shows love than to get your love something she/he always wanted ..it goes to show you are attentive about her or him and you remember the finer details and appreciate that lover you with ...

many go for perfume these days


6, getting down to be rewarded for your hard work ...

well your love has to show love and apprieciation its all part og being together


so really wherever you are there are similar attributes to what valentines day is to them .. and for those of you alone like me ..when you do find a love you will know how they and you be like on this day ...


7, marriage

some couples feel valentines day is the perfect day to get married .indeed some do here in the uk ... some women even have children on valentines day ..what a gift to give your loved one ..the best gift of all shared by love together

8, divorce

sadly this also happens ..some couples even use valentines to break up with such other half
