So. today is a very important day. This day has been proclaimed World Children's Day. This happened in 1954, by the United Nations General Assembly. It is celebrated on November 20 as the day of world brotherhood and mutual understanding of children, dedicated to activities aimed at ensuring the well-being of children around the world. World Children's Day is a great opportunity to protect children's rights and develop a child-friendly environment around the world through dialogue and action. Parents, educators, doctors, political and religious leaders, civil society activists, heads of companies and businesses, media workers, as well as youth and children themselves can participate in celebrating the Day in communities, as well as at the local and state level.
