Hello! I know that November 26 is Thanksgiving in the USA. Many Thanksgiving traditions are known to almost everyone, probably many have heard about eating a baked turkey and about "pardoning" one such bird. In general, it is customary to spend this holiday with relatives and closest friends. I heard that dishes like baked turkey in cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie should be on the table without fail, and sweet potatoes are not complete on Thanksgiving. According to historians, the first settlers ate the same at a feast with the Indians. Is it true?
Before starting the meal, all family members thank God and each other for all the good things that have happened to them over the past year. Thanksgiving usually opens the New Year period, when Americans begin to actively prepare for Christmas and New Year.
So, there is no such holiday in Ukraine. But I would also like to cook a turkey. Can anyone share with me a particularly delicious turkey recipe?
