Can you imagine a society where everyone has a label on his clothes warning you about bad points of character that everyone has? Would it be much easier for us to communicate? And what about dating?
How will you react for a girl with a label “I am a troublemaker” or for a man “Warning! May contain small parts”? Of course at first it can seem to make life easier but on the other hand it can force you to look for ideal partner according to labels on people’s clothing and don’t find it in the end, because there are no ideal people in the world. And let’s remember that our thoughts about ourselves and thoughts people of us are usually different. All that you find bad in yourself and attach label on you can turn into a perfect combination for your partner. Despite all the warning signs you can still fall in love… “Labels” can save us a headache or two but it can’t prevent us from mistakes or from big happiness)))
Maybe we just need to stop attach labels on people (even in our mind) and to give them the benefit of the doubt?
