Water is life!
To begin with, let's remember why our body needs water:
water transports nutrients to cells
water, being a universal solvent, dissolves various substances entering the body
slags and toxins are removed with water
water regulates heat exchange processes in the body
without water, the muscular system will not be able to function normally, joints will not be able to work properly
up to 90% of the human brain is water
and this is not the whole list!
And for those who want to deal with this issue in detail, I have prepared the most detailed information from a variety of official sources. All of them give very diverging data on the required daily minimum of water: some say that it is 1.5 litres, others that it is 2 litres, and others that it is not less than 3 litres...
I draw your attention to the fact that all possible methods of calculating the rate of consumed water are only recommendations, and not a rigidly fixed value, and it changes under various circumstances up or down. For example, with active physical work, or just on a hot day, or during an illness, the body's water consumption increases significantly, and the daily rate increases accordingly. In general, it must be remembered that the calculations take into account all the water entering the body, that is, not only in pure form but also in the form of food.
The most widespread opinion on this issue is the official recommendation of the World Health Organization (WHO): one kilogram of weight requires 30 millilitres of water per day. That is, for example, with my weight of 70 kg. (70 × 30 = 2100) I need 2.1 litres.
Let's find out what domestic science says about the water norm. The Russian Institute of Medicine is not very specific in its recommendations, its experts measure water in glasses and say that a man needs 12.5, and a woman needs 11. If we are talking about standard glasses, then the male norm is 12.5 glasses * 250 ml. = 3125 milliliters; accordingly, the water norm for women is 11 glasses * 250 ml. = 2750 milliliters. Agree that this is a very generalized and simplified method, I think it does not suit us.
One of the simplest pieces of water advice you can come across is to drink about one litre of water for every 1,000 calories you eat. Maybe he is not bad, but admit honestly, how long will you last with the calculation of the calorie content of the food you eat? I know for sure that the "psycho" very quickly and simply "forget" on this boring occupation!
