This topic may not seem relevant, but I like the history of the origin of certain holidays and traditions. And here is what information I found: initially, Valentine's Day was born on the day when two gays married. Can this holiday be considered appropriate for everyone to celebrate? Is it possible to celebrate it at all???
You know, another version is even more unpleasant: in ancient Rome, this holiday was called Lupercalia, in which men and women, being naked, danced, held strange rituals, where men beat women and this meant that women would be healthy. Also, the man chose one woman who will be his partner for the whole year until the new holiday. How does that sound to you?))
