Hello)) My name is Olga and, as I wrote earlier, I really love to travel around Ukraine, most of the places that I have visited in Ukraine have a wonderful history and historical significance. But today I want to talk about love legends. Ukrainian women are devoted to their husbands and are ready to follow them into fire and water. There is a legend that once a wife sent her Cossack husband to war and gave him a ribbon of her hair. She was waiting for him, his regiment returned, but he was not there. My wife was sad, went to one slope and waited for him for 10 years. The girl died of longing for her beloved and in the place where she was waiting for him, a beautiful viburnum bush grew) But nevertheless, the Cossack survived and returned home and found that his girlfriend was not waiting, he came to the slope and recognized his beloved in the bushes. And he tied a ribbon on the bush, which she gave him at parting. And since then, viburnum in our country has been a symbol of love and devotion.
