Hello everyone)) I want to continue the story about Italy ... this country has filled my heart and I really like talking about it
Today we will not talk about a country, namely about one city; my heart is Venice.
This is a city on water canals with a lot of water)) Haha) And you will start from the most important canal of this country, the Grand Canal. The largest and most beautiful canal in the city. We can say that this is its central avenue, the length of which is 4 km. When viewed from a pleasure boat, truly postcard views open up - colorful mansions, solemn palazzo, beautiful cathedrals. And the views of the canal that runs through the city are also very picturesque. The visiting card of the city, San Marco is one of the main attractions of Italy. It is here that the best sights of Venice are located and the most significant events of this city take place. And it begins with two majestic columns, on which are the statues of the Apostle Mark and the winged lion. Palace of Ca-Rezzonico. This luxurious and typical Venice palazzo was built in the 17th century and belonged to the influential Rezzonico family. Today, there is a museum, whose visitors can see with their own eyes how luxuriously the representatives of the Venetian nobility decorated their interiors. The palace also features paintings by Tintoretto, Longhi, Guardi, Piazzetto, sculptures and unique furniture.
This is only a small part of what we can see in Venice, if you are interested, I will continue and we will discuss it together. Kiss your Olga
