I have been keeping diaries since adolescence and it's incredibly interesting to leave a part of myself and those emotions that were associated with this or that event) You may not remember a lot of things, but what you wrote in your diary remains immortal and you can revive it in your memory )
We also describe the most important events in our life, namely:
Desires: Do you crave, yearn or dream of something very much?
Emotions: Do you feel particularly angry? Consistency? Anxiety? What is the reason? Have you recently experienced any emotional ups or downs? Did anyone or something make you feel intense?
Changes: Has anything changed in your environment recently (location, relationships, opportunities, major events)? Have you changed (behavior, thoughts, physique)?
Symptoms: Has your body changed in any way? Are you feeling unusually tired or energized? Any unfamiliar pain, urge, or sensation? Are you eating more? Move less? Crying more?
Dreams: How did you feel when you woke up? What is the subconscious trying to tell you? When I started keeping a dream diary, I received a lot of meaningful information about myself.
Do you keep a diary? write me, can you tell me some tips) Kisses, Olga
