This was an important discovery for me. The fact that at some point you stop noticing the degree of fatigue. The weekend is for weaklings! I slept and seemed to have recovered. Because in all this annual mess, illnesses, uncertainty, deaths and misunderstandings - the threshold of sensitivity flies down somewhere.

But when sensitivity returns, dry wells of humility, patience, support and self-support are discovered. In the well there is sand and the grinding of metal along the bottom in the place where there is always a lot of living water.
And do you know what the hellish trap is? When you lose sensitivity, you no longer feel that you have lost sensitivity.
I highly recommend a couple of days of "zeroing", "rebooting" if possible. And you will learn a lot of interesting things about yourself: that the body did not experience, but simply sealed it, what you dream about and what you truly love. By the way, communication on a dating site also perfectly distracts us from our routine.
I keep looking at the changing colors of the river, hiding my hair from the wind and filling my wells ...
