The first fantasy was about people. So that the kind, honest, respectable and hard workers have good health and longevity, and the evil and insidious have poor health, but they would have a chance to improve, 3 attempts if a person has done something nasty that can be corrected, 2 attempts for fraud and 1 attempt for higher crime. Only serious crimes would not be forgiven (this would not concern an accident). A chance to improve is to become kinder, to help people, to work, to be honest. But if this chance was not taken or failed, then such evil people continued to get sick. Imagine how easy it would be to decide with the future mayor, president, deputy. Healthy is a bright soul, sick is a liar.
The second fantasy is to transform the country. To make the whole country restored, productive, environmentally friendly and one of the best countries to live in. And of course the citizens of our country. So that they understand how to use all this good.
And the third, so that hard workers receive high, decent salaries. For example, professions that protect us, keep us alive, provide education. So that the police, medicine, educational institutions forget what bribes are and can adequately provide for their family, go on vacation, have a rest and not think about the fact that they need to collect for retirement, the same would apply to other professions. But everywhere there are BUTs, I know. AND
