We cannot learn anything unless we first recognize the gaps in our knowledge. And the more willingly we admit our ignorance, the more opportunities we have for learning. Our values are imperfect and imperfect. Only inadequate and pompous dogmatists who do not want to take responsibility can consider them perfect and ideal. The only way to solve problems is to first admit that our actions and beliefs were wrong and didn't work. Real change and growth are impossible without the willingness to admit that you are wrong. Before you choose healthy values and priorities for yourself, you must first question your current values. You need to mentally distance yourself from them, see their shortcomings and prejudices, their contradiction with facts; face your own ignorance and acknowledge its magnitude.
