So, you need to achieve some goal.
But on the way to success, there are often moments of loss of strength and unwillingness to act.

-Just start doing something-
Motivation is energy. And energy appears only during movement. So start by cleaning up your workplace. Or from any simple step. By doing this, you will receive energy and inspiration for more serious steps.

-Start acting like you are the most motivated person in the world-
A smile from ear to ear, straightened shoulders, the posture of a king. Add your colors. Play it for 5 minutes and these emotions will go inside you. So you really motivate yourself.

-Climb the stairs-
You won't be able to jump onto the elephant right away. No matter how hard you try. So just think - What can you do right now? And do it. Completed business will charge your motivation, and with joy and positiveness, you will become capable of cooler things.

-State your goal-

If you have a big goal - Create a blog or YouTube channel. And tell me about your path. So you will quickly find like-minded people, as well as those who can help you. This means your motivation will grow an order of magnitude higher.

-Blow in more energy-
Favorite song, letter to a stranger, call to best friend, cold shower. All this energizes you quickly. And along with this, and motivation.

-Take away everything that distracts-
Concentration is the key to success. So make a list of what is stopping you and think about how to completely remove it at the time of solving the problem you need.

-Come up your reward-
What will you reward yourself with after completing the task? Think about it. You need to reward yourself for every completed task - a call, a meeting, preparation of a report. Work according to the Challenge-Reward scheme. This way you can constantly recharge your motivation.

This is just a small fraction of motivational ways. But it was these simple rules that led me to my achievements.
