We postpone everything until tomorrow, and "tomorrow" does not exist, just as "yesterday" does not exist. Something can only be done today. Do it! Today you can smile at yourself, you can praise yourself for something you have done. And if there is nothing to praise for, do it! Think of something as simple as washing the dishes. Why not praise yourself for that?
