And you know, it's very cool! After all, this sport does not leave indifferent not only in Ukraine, and I 5 years ago realized it and fell in love with it)) I love everything new and interesting and especially if it lifts the mood!
I go. And I often practice with my family because it's useful.
Nordic walking / walking with sticks in communities. Here are some reasons why this is useful:
1. During normal gait, the lower extremities are strained mainly, and due to the repulsion of the sticks, both the body and the upper extremities are activated. Muscles are always toned.
2. Nordic walking is one of the most effective cardio workouts such as running or cycling.
3. Sticks do not serve as a support, but as an additional load on the musculoskeletal system as well.
4. You include the upper shoulder girdle, back, neck and arm muscles. The cause of poor posture is usually the underdevelopment of some muscle groups of these organs.
5. Prolonged movement at a steady pace stimulates the heart.
6. Fresh air.
7. Nordic walking perfectly improves immunity, which is so important during the coronavirus period!
The peculiarity of the Scandinavian walk is that you can walk anywhere: parks, forests, sidewalks.
