We live in a time of insanity, when the murder of a person becomes commonplace, and humiliation of the weaker becomes the norm; when the desecration of the Cathedral of Christ by brainless girls is considered "black PR"; when a prison term is received by the one who protects his child, and his family from robbers; when the surname of the maniac Chikatilo and the sadist-pervert Bandera is heard more often than the names of Chekhov and Pushkin; when bloody news of hostilities and terrible accidents is savoring all over the media and becoming the best dope of the day.

We live in an era of immorality, when Turgenev and Kuprin are exchanged for Pelevin, when decency is not synonymous with modernity, politeness is not in honor, and gossip and “dirty” photos from the life of “stars” attract more attention than a new theatrical production. We say "oligarch", we mean "permissiveness", we say "pensioner", but we hear - "poverty" and "end of life."

Absurdity, insanity and immorality are the three main components of our time, in which a generation is growing up, for which all this is becoming an absolute norm.
