HOW DOES THE CHALLENGE GO?
Putting ice on the bruise for 15 minutes every few hours for a few days; It helps to heal the bruise more quickly by preventing inflammation and swelling.
After reducing the inflammation with ice, a warm compress can be applied. This improves the blood circulation of the tissues and speeds up the healing process.
If the bruise is on a limb that you can remove, lift the bruise above the level of the heart to reduce the blood circulation to the place where the bruise is. This reduces swelling and prevents discoloration from increasing.
It is important to avoid heavy exercise for a day or two after the bruise occurs. Since there will be more blood flow to the bruised area during exercise; the more blood goes to the bruise, the worse the bruise becomes.
It can be massaged around the outer part of the bruise. You can use your thumb for this. However, do not try to press too much and massage the center of the bruise while making a fairy tale. Massaging in small circular motions activates the lymphatic process and allows the body to get rid of the bruise on its own.
If the bruise is exposed to direct sunlight for 10 to 15 minutes a day; Ultraviolet radiation begins to break down bilirubin, which causes the bruise to turn yellow. Sunlight accelerates this process and makes the bruise disappear more quickly.
