The body understands the language of sensations, give it what it needs. Please your eyes with the contemplation of nature, city landscapes, paintings. How long have you listened to live music? You may want to go to a concert or listen to street musicians. How long have you enjoyed the taste of food and aromas? Not on the run, but measuredly, with pleasure. How about tactile sensations for the body? How pleasant is the touch of a loved one, perhaps tickling)))) The body has its own "language", its "memory", is able to influence thoughts, mood.
Emotions and feelings are also your component.
You will want to watch a comedy, pet a cat, dance at home, skip around a deserted place, as you did in childhood, paint something with paints, blow bubbles. Do this little action and give yourself some emotion.
