Why don't women usually ask a man about meet first? Why are they waiting for the man to take the first step?
It seems to me that most women are afraid to take the first step for several reasons ..
-Maybe they are not serious and a personal meeting and date do not interest them
-Or the woman is not decisive and is afraid to make decisions
