Way to overcome obstacles: be brave

IF THERE IS A BARRIER, THERE IS A WAY TO OVERCOME IT BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, GO OVER DIFFICULTIES AND REFUGE IT BÜLENT
Obstacles in our way often lead us to discouragement. At this point, what we need to do is not to feel helpless, but to change our perspective.

Because actually, as a Zen proverb says; "Obstacles are the way to go."

Leo Babauta, the creator of the Zen Habit blog, lists what we should do when obstacles arise; “Don't run, don't go around. Get closer to the obstacle and get to know it. So you can discover ways to deal with it and learn a new skill. ”

Life never goes smoothly. However, it is the ability to solve problems and prevent them, which provides improvement. Developing such a perspective will also increase your self-confidence.

For example;

If you complain of the habit of procrastinating:

Procrastination is a big problem, but it actually guides you. You may be uncomfortable with yourself, such as insecurity, or fear of success or failure. At this point, what you need to do is learn to work with your fears, ailments, and insecurities with you. The important thing is to achieve something despite all this.

If you can't socialize:

This problem can be seen as an obstacle to happiness in social life or a path to walk. Most people prefer not to socialize, succumbing to their shyness. If you have such a problem, try to understand your shyness. Examine their causes and review their effects on your life. Conquer your fears.

If you are constantly being criticized:

If those around you are constantly criticizing you, you may be angry with them, angry at the unfairness of life, or ignore these people. Or, by accepting this situation, you can thank them for criticizing you and talk about it in more detail with them. In this way, you can put criticism into a constructive form and develop your missing or wrong aspects.

Remember, all obstacles can be overcome. As long as you don't let obstacles really get in your way.
