I’m not looking for perfect. I’m looking for mine.

More and more often, I find myself longing for love this spring. Not some fictional, movie-like kind, but the most ordinary, living, and warm kind.

A man grew up in a world where his value was measured by the result: he earned, provided, solved the problem. He was not taught to talk about feelings for a long time. He was taught to be responsible for the consequences. Therefore, when he speaks, he does not simply “share his opinion”. He opens his soul.

Overpopulation sounds scary: it seems like the population is growing, resources are running out, and the future is a struggle for food, water, and space. But let's take a closer look at what's really happening and what to expect in the next 50 years.

Many people think, "Okay, I'm overeating, but I'm doing 5 workouts in a row, so I'll burn it all off." The logic is clear, but the reality is a bit more complicated.

Many people experience this: after a few days or even a week of binge eating, their weight suddenly increases by 2-4 kg. The immediate thought that pops into their heads is, "I've ruined everything; it's fat." But let's take a calm, fact-based look.

I've just had an idea... I've just started writing my own cookbook. But I don't want to just make it "from the internet" - want it to be authentic. ​And then I thought - why don't you become the heroes of my book? You can leave your mark on it!

I never thought that traveling could change me so much.

Tell me how you celebrated Easter? I'm curious what traditions everyone has. Maybe there's a separate family tradition? I want to tell you about ours. Our Easter is on the 12th. But we went to bless the willow. It's a must a week before Easter.

There was a version of me that felt the need to justify everything Every choice. Every boundary. Every preference that didn't match what someone else expected. I'd catch myself building arguments in my head before conversations even happened — preparing defenses for a trial no one had officially called.

🌸 Not about big things — about small ones. The smell of something cooking. A table set before anyone arrives.

Some mornings are grey. Some weeks are heavy. Some moments I look around and struggle to find the light.

Spring does not ask permission to arrive.

This might sound weird but — some of my favourite moments are the ones where it's just me, a blanket, a cup of something warm, and absolutely zero obligation to talk to anyone 😅

I choose an active, meaningful life over comfort and routine) New places, new experiences, and real connection...that’s what inspires me!
