I stopped holding on to old friendships “out of respect for the past.” I’m grateful to those people for that stage of my life. But now I choose my emotional health

I’m not one of those who lie a lot or am untouchable. I prefer another game — exchanging warmth. Support. Care.

No fancy exercise machines, no fitness instructors in tight leggings... Just a field, beds, hay, water from a pump and everything honestly 💦

But I wonder if a man can forgive me for falling in love for the first time in my life - and not knowing how to do it properly?

You know, over the years of observation, I have come to one interesting conclusion.

Sometimes everything starts with nothing. A turn of the head. One moment. Someone entered the cafe, sat down at the next table - and the atmosphere changed. Not loudly, not on purpose. A person simply appeared, and with him - a sense of the significance of the moment ✨

Not to make corrections. Not to apologize. But just to have fun again. After all, there are days like that - nothing special, but something clicked in them. Everything coincided: smells, light, music, look, the feeling of the skin, like electricity in the air. The world then moves a little - and you feel it. Something wild, real, alive turns on inside💕

When no one is watching, roles disappear. There are no spectators, no need to play. Neither strong, nor sweet, nor comfortable. Everything external is erased - the naked "I" remains❤️

Somewhere in a drawer I still have a watch strap from my ex, a perfume I used a couple of times “for special occasions”, an old lighter - although I don’t even smoke. All this is a museum of the past, open 24/7, but without visitors.

The gym is my daily go-to, but sometimes I crave a different kind of energy.

TV series can be more addictive than books, through personal examples, night marathons in front of the screen and moments of inner silence, when you want to hide from everything.

A soft rain, a warm drink, and a moment to just feel — that’s where I find a little peace.

Training my body with the same mindset I bring to relationships: steady, thoughtful, and full of heart.

Sometimes you want to press pause ⏸ — just to breathe. Stop, don’t make decisions, don’t rush anywhere, just stay in silence. Without calls, messages, other people’s expectations. As if everything has frozen — and you can feel yourself again. There are moments that just urge you to fast forward ⏩. For example, when everything is falling apart, when it’s cold, painful or just really boring. You want to press forward — to spring, to happiness, to someone’s hugs 🤍

In the mirror - a face. Features, expression, look. What others see. But not always - what a person lives inside. The mirror does not show choices. It does not know what was experienced silently, what is hidden behind a smile or a perfect hairstyle. It reflects the form - but not the essence 🔍

For years I rushed through my mornings, convinced that every minute had to be productive. But learning to slow down has brought me more joy and balance than I ever imagined.
