Each of us has been burned in love at least once. After betrayal or disappointment, it seems that the heart will never open again. But is it possible to live without warmth, tenderness and real feelings? In this blog, I want to share my thoughts on how to relearn to trust and not be afraid to let love into your life.

And you know, the answer is always pleasing. I have two wonderful children who make my life bright and fulfilling. I have a job that I love - I am an economist at a bank, and every day I feel that my profession is really important and needed. I live here in Ukraine, and despite all the difficulties, I try to be strong, confident, smile and find joy in the little things.

Everyone talks about the beauty of Ukrainian girls. They talk about our eyes, smiles, slender silhouettes. They talk about grace, softness, tenderness. And it's true, we are often complimented, admired, surprised... But is this a real value? Is this what makes us truly special?

People used to meet on the street, in cafes, in parks... A casual glance, a smile, a short conversation and sometimes it could be the beginning of something important. ❤️

We are praised for our beauty, for our tenderness, for our ability to combine inner strength with a gentle character. We are called “special”, “unique”, “ideal wives”. But for some reason, despite these compliments and expectations, we are often left alone.

Since childhood, we have been taught that love is the romance of youth, teenage emotions and the first tremulous feelings. But the truth is that love is submissive to all ages. It does not ask for a passport, does not look at the number of years lived and does not measure experience.

There is an opinion that learning is the destiny of youth, that after a certain age “it’s too late for everything”. But this is absolutely not true. You can always learn, and it brings not only new knowledge, but also inspiration, a fresh outlook on life and the opportunity to rediscover yourself.

Many of us are familiar with the concept of the "straight-A student syndrome" — the desire to be the best in everything: in school, at work, in relationships, in the family. At first glance, this seems like a positive quality: discipline, responsibility, high motivation. But it's worth thinking about, is it really always good?

There are rituals that make life especially cozy and meaningful. For me, one of these rituals was a tea ceremony. Not just tea drinking, but a small ritual that creates an atmosphere of warmth, calm and comfort.

We often dream of great victories: career success, sports achievements, recognition of friends and family. But in reality, the most difficult battle is within ourselves. Conquer laziness, fear, doubt — and external victories will come almost automatically.

Many people think that a strong woman does not need anyone. She knows how to earn money, make decisions, and be independent. But the reality is deeper: even the strongest woman is looking for a man who is stronger than her.
